Kahler Allen has been a licensed auctioneer since 1954 and a licensed real estate broker since 1960, selling approximately 100 auctions per year including farmland, residential and commercial land, farm and construction equipment, antiques and household items. He has been a Court Appointed Commissioner on four occasions dealing with highway, park and sewage treatment centers condemnation. He has done appraisals and testified in court in Pipestone, Murray, Cottonwood, Watonwan, Blue Earth, Nobles, Jackson, Martin and Fairbault Counties in Minnesota; and has testified on various occasions in Federal Bankruptcy Court. Allen, along with the various companies that he is associated with, do approximately 200 appraisals per year, which range from simple to very complicated in depth appraisals for condemnation, divorce, estate, etc. He is also a member of the Minnesota Farm Managers and Appraisers. Allen is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Minnesota, Certified General Appraiser (Lic. #4001603) and a Licensed General Real Estate Appraiser in Iowa (No. CG01797). He is also a real estate broker in Minnesota #415792 and Iowa #B57538000. He graduated from a three year course for the Certified Auctioneers Institute at the University of Indiana. He has taken and continues to take, educational courses in the State of Minnesota for various real estate and appraisal purposes. He is also a real estate broker in Minnesota. Currently, the Kahler Family Association (not a partnership) of Allen, Marlys, Kevin, Ryan and others are involved in the ownership of about 2,800 acres of farmland in Minnesota & Iowa, and operate or manage approximately 4,000 acres. They are also involved with John Deere Dealerships. Allen is involved in the ownership and on the Board of Directors of Kahler of Iowa LLC, B&A Farming, Inc., Lake Fremont Feeding and Storage, Inc., Land Services Unlimited, Inc. & Auctioneer Alley of Auction America. Allen and Kevin are also landowners and shareholders of the Trimont Wind Farm, LLC. Allen, along with his wife Marlys, reside on a farm south of Sherburn, Minnesota where they have lived since 1959. ![]() Doug Wedel Doug is a licensed auctioneer in the state of Minnesota and is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. He is a partner in Auctioneer Alley of Fairmont, Minnesota. He has been associated with Auctioneer Alley since 1991. He also is a licensed real estate sales person with Land Services Unlimited specializing in agricultural real estate. ![]() Kevin Kahler Kevin attended the Mason City School of Auctioneering (Taylor) in 1977. He has been a licensed auctioneer since 1979 and a licensed appraiser for many years. He has also had a real estate salesman license with Land Services Unlimited Inc. He has taken University of Minnesota Agriculture and Economic Courses, along with auction business. He is involved in the family farm and grain interests,as well as, machinery appraisals and is a partner in an implement dealership. ![]() Dustyn Hartung Dustyn Hartung attended the Continental Auctioneer School in 2010 and has been a licensed auctioneer since that time. Dustyn is a partner of Auctioneer Alley Auction America & and a licensed real estate salesman under Land Services Unlimited Inc. which specializes in selling Ag Real Estate, Ag Assets along with Farm & Construction equipment. These companies have been specializing in Ag for over 60 years in Southern MN and Northern IA.
Dustyn is very active in a farm operation of approximately 6,000 acres in southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, along with other family members. This operation raises corn and soybeans and uses manure from hog operations to help fertilize this land. This operation is involved in a multiple grain drying and storage facilities. This operation also installs miles of tile each year with their own equipment, allowing for a very good understanding of surface and sub-surface drainage on farms sold for clients.
Dustyn and his wife Leah are land owners of multiple Martin County, MN parcels of bare farmland and are also involved in ownership of shares in Minnesota Farmland investment companies. They are involved in multiple swine confinement buildings which have the capacity for over 7,800 head at one time, finishing over 15,600 head per year.
In Dustyn’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, Henry and Hayden along with family and friends. Dustyn and Leah attend St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn, MN. He recently served 6 years on the Martin County Pork Producers Board. He resides south of Fairmont, MN.

Darwin Hall Darwin is a graduate of Jackson Area Vo-Tech in Farm Management and Operations. Additional education includes course work at Kaplan Professional Schools and various other classes related to real estate appraisal. Darwin is a licensed auctioneer and real property appraiser. He conducts many auctions each year involving farm land, farm equipment, antiques and household items. Along with his involvement in the auction business and real estate appraisals, he is currently operating a 1,500 acre farming enterprise located in Watonwan and Cottonwood counties, with his brother. Dar has been a member of the Watonwan Farm Service adviser board, Watonwan County Pork Producers, Watonwan County Fair Board, Madelia Saddle Club and is an associate of Auctioneer Alley / Land Services Unlimited, Inc. ![]() Leah Hartung Leah is a graduate of Mankato State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Resources. After training under her grandpa, Allen Kahler, for 3 years, Leah has earned her MN Certified General Appraiser License #40337381 and IA Certified General Appraiser License #CG03529, which she operates under her business, Land Services Appraisals LLC. She is also a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker, #40416719 and an Iowa Real Estate Broker, #B66203000. Leah along with her husband Dustyn, a licensed auctioneer, are both actively involved in Auctioneer Alley-Auction America, which sells millions of dollars of real estate, farm and construction equipment, antiques and miscellaneous items per year. Leah has worked for many years clerking these auctions. Leah and her husband, Dustyn, are land owners of multiple Martin County, MN parcels of bare farmland and are also involved in ownership of shares in Minnesota Farmland investment companies. They are involved in multiple swine confinement buildings which have the capacity for over 7,800 head at one time, finishing over 15,600 head per year. Leah also has had many years of experience working with her father and mother. Her mother working for many years in insurance and owner of NK Clerking, and her father a lifetime agriculture investor involved in banking, ownership of shares in several John Deere dealerships, and buying and selling farm and construction equipment, trucks, tools, etc. Leah is actively involved with the St. John’s Lutheran Church as a Sunday School Teacher and recently served on the Board of Education for six years and also served on the Martin County Pork Producers Board for six years. Leah loves to run in her free time and participate in road races throughout the year. Leah and her husband reside south of Fairmont, MN with their sons, Henry and Hayden, who keep her very busy.
