Allen Kahler
Allen has been a licensed auctioneer since 1954 and a licensed real estate broker since 1960, selling 100’s of auctions per year including farmland, residential and commercial land, farm and construction equipment. Allen started Land Services Unlimited over 60 years ago and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota and co-owner of Land Services Unlimited+ LLC with his granddaughter, Leah Hartung. Allen is also a Real Estate Appraiser in Minnesota and has completed thousands of appraisals over the years.
Allen and his wife, Marlys, have three children including Kevin, Lynette and Ryan. They are involved in ownership of farmland in Minnesota and Iowa. Allen has had a passion for agriculture his whole life, which has been instilled into his family and buiness throughout the years.
Allen along with his wife, Marlys, reside on a farm south of Sherburn, Minnesota, where they have lived since 1959. They are very involved with their church at St. John’s Lutheran in Sherburn, MN and also active with The Gideons International.

Leah Hartung
Leah is a graduate of Mankato State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Leah is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker, #40416719 and an Iowa Real Estate Broker, #B66203000 for Land Services Unlimited+ LLC and in which she is a co-owner with her grandpa, Allen Kahler. After training under her grandpa for 3 years, Leah earned her MN Certified General Appraiser License #40337381 and IA Certified General Appraiser License #CG03529, which she operates under her business, Land Services Appraisals LLC.
Leah along with her husband Dustyn, a licensed auctioneer, are both actively involved in Auctioneer Alley, which sells millions of dollars of real estate, farm and construction equipment and miscellaneous items per year. Leah has worked for many years clerking these auctions.
Leah and her husband Dustyn are land owners of bare farmland and are also involved in ownership of shares in Minnesota farmland investment companies. They are also involved in the raising of livestock in swine facilities.
Leah is actively involved with the St. John’s Lutheran Church as a Sunday School Teacher and recently served on the Board of Education for six years and also served on the Martin County Pork Producers Board for six years. Leah loves to run in her free time and participate in road races throughout the year. Leah and her husband reside south of Fairmont, MN with their sons, Henry and Hayden, who keep her very busy.

Dustyn Hartung
Dustyn Hartung attended the Continental Auctioneer School in 2010 and has been a licensed auctioneer since that time. Dustyn is a partner of Auctioneer Alley & and a licensed real estate salesman under Land Services Unlimited LLC + which specializes in selling Ag Real Estate, Ag Assets along with Farm & Construction equipment. These companies have been specializing in Real Estate & Ag Assets in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa for over 65 years.
Dustyn is very active in a progressive farming operation in southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, along with other family members. This operation raises corn and soybeans and involved in multiple grain drying and storage facilities. This operation also installs miles of tile each year with their own equipment, allowing for a very good understanding of surface and sub-surface drainage on real estate and farms sold for clients.
Dustyn and his wife Leah are land owners of bare farmland and are also involved in ownership of shares in Minnesota farmland investment companies. They are also involved in the raising of livestock in swine facilities.
In Dustyn’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, Henry and Hayden along with family and friends. Dustyn and Leah attend St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn, MN. He recently served 6 years on the Martin County Pork Producers Board. He resides south of Fairmont, MN.

Kevin Kahler
Kevin Kahler attended the Mason City School of Auctioneering (Taylor) in 1977. He has been a licensed auctioneer since 1979 and a licensed appraiser for many years. He has also had a real estate salesman license with Land Services Unlimited+ LLC. He has been associated with Auctioneer Alley since 1977 and has done over a thousand farm auctions and valuations.
Kevin started farming at an early age and has had a lifetime association with his family farm. This operation raises corn and soybeans and involved in multiple grain drying and storage facilities and drainage tile installation. He and his brother, Ryan, were owners in the ICON Ag & Turf John Deere Dealerships at Doon, Ireton, Lawton, Le Mars, and Paullina, Iowa and served as the President on the Board of Directors.
He has been a lifetime native of Martin County, Minnesota and resides South of Fairmont with his wife, Nora, who has been involved in the auction side of the business for many years. Kevin and Nora have two children. Seth, who works with a testing company in the Twin Cities area, is married to Jennifer and they have a daughter, Avery and son, James. Leah is married to Dustyn Hartung, who are both involved in the family operations and two sons, Henry & Hayden.
